Job Title: Operation Support Location: Nuneaton, CV10 Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible) Our client, a central heating specialist is seeking a proactive person to provide Operations Support to their dynamic team. The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service and business support, contributing to the continued growth and success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and business support, answering calls and emails professionally and ensuring thorough follow-up on all inquiries. Liaise closely with site teams and management, ensuring accurate processing of quotations and purchase orders. Produce project documentation and paperwork as required. Maintain and update the Service Management System, ensuring data accuracy. Assist in organising the engineering team by planning work schedules and ensuring materials are available on-site when needed. Generate reports for the management team, providing insights and performance metrics. Monitor customer calls from receipt to completion, updating records throughout the process. Allocate internal engineers for call-outs and maintenance visits, ensuring SLA compliance. Ensure Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) documentation is maintained and accessible within company systems. Act as a key user for the Service Management System, offering training to team members as needed. Promote and uphold the company culture across all teams. Maintain people records, including new starters, leavers, and general staff changes. Complete supply chain forms for new clients and create process maps for business operations. Perform additional duties as requested by management. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in a customer service or business support role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in service management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
