Working Pattern: monday to friday 9-5 OFFICE BASED ONLY
If you're organised, confident with day-to-day office admin, and ready to support a busy team, this is a great opportunity to join a reputed client on a full-time basis in Omagh. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly-behind the scenes where it really matters.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain and organise both digital and physical files
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Operate office equipment including photocopiers and printers, using IT as required
- Book facilities and support the smooth running of day-to-day arrangements
- Collect, process, and handle information/data accurately
- Write and process orders
- Compile statistics to support routine reporting needs
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable administrative/clerical experience within an office environment
- A careful, detail-focused approach when handling information, files and records
- Confidence using IT and office equipment
- Strong time-management to work reliably within a Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm schedule
- Professional communication and a dependable attitude for office-based delivery
