Placements & Referrals Coordinator Hybrid Working | £30,000 + Bonus up to 10% | Permanent | 37.5 Hours An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Placements & Referrals Coordinator to join a leading Education & Residential provider. Working alongside Local Authorities, Registered Managers and Head Teachers, you will manage referrals, coordinate placements and ensure children and young people are matched with appropriate services. Key Responsibilities - Review and assess referrals from Local Authorities. - Coordinate placement opportunities across services. - Prepare and issue placement offers. - Maintain accurate records and referral databases. - Build strong relationships with Commissioners and Social Workers. - Monitor placement capacity and occupancy levels. - Support placement transitions and onboarding processes. - Produce reports and attend placement meetings. Requirements - Experience within placements, referrals, admissions or commissioning. - Strong organisational and administrative skills. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. - Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience within Children's Services, Social Care, Residential Care, SEND Education or Fostering would be highly advantageous.
