Residential Support Worker

Nottingham (NG7)
£13.00 per hour + £50 Sleep-In Payment

We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to support teenagers within a 3-bed children's residential home.

The service supports young people with EBD, ADHD, autism and behavioural needs. You will support daily routines, life skills development, emotional wellbeing, medication administration and positive behaviour management.

Shift Times

  • 07:30 - 22:30 (60-minute break)
  • Sleep-In: 22:30 - 07:30 (£50 per sleep-in)
  • Handover: 07:30 - 08:00
  • Weekends and evenings required

Essential Requirements

  • Experience supporting children and young people
  • Children's residential care experience
  • Knowledge of EBD, ADHD and Autism
  • Medication administration experience
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge
  • Experience managing challenging behaviour
  • Fluent English

Desirable

  • CSE Training
  • NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
