If you're organised, confident with information and keen to support a busy team with high-quality administration, our client is looking for a temporary Admin Officer to help keep key processes running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, clear procedures, and making sure details don't get missed.
What you'll be doing:
- Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data, then submitting results in written reports
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes to ensure they're carried out accurately
- Assisting with budget preparation and control, where required
- Acting as a liaison between internal and external sources to support effective communication
- Preparing routine correspondence and maintaining a professional standard throughout
What you'll bring:
- Experience in administration, with a good knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills - clear, professional writing and confident day-to-day conversation
- The ability to follow set procedures while using some independent judgement under general supervision
- A positive, helpful approach to working with others and managing competing priorities
Additional information:
You'll have the relevant background to support the role, such as:
- Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent)
- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 (or suitable clerical experience)
