An established and well-known bakery is seeking an experienced Night Baker to join its production team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a hands-on night role working in a busy-paced food environment, producing baked goods and preparing menu items to a consistently high standard for daily service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Baking fresh products during night shifts
- Preparing dishes in line with the shop's menu and standards

Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen or food production environment
- Ability to prepare menu dishes as well as baked goods
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts (8:00pm - 6:00am)
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
