Support Worker to support vulnerable young people who may have experienced homelessness, trauma, family breakdown, or time in care.
What you'll do
- Build positive relationships with young people.
- Deliver support plans and key-working sessions.
- Support education, employment, training, and independent living.
- Help sustain tenancies and prevent homelessness.
- Complete risk assessments and respond to safeguarding concerns.
- Work alongside housing, social care, and other partner agencies.
What we're looking for
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable adults.
- Understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed support.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive, resilient, and flexible approach.
