About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead an established and growing domiciliary care branch in Newport. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation that operates in South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of home care services to adults in the community
- Ensure compliance with CIW standards and company policies
- Manage and support a team of care coordinators and care staff
- Drive branch growth and maintain excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting (essential)
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Adults) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of CIW regulations and compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
