Brook Street are delighted to be supporting our public sector client in Motherwell with their recruitment for a Roster Clerk / Administrator on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities
- The administrator will be populating timesheets into the myroster system, running reports and presenting data from the system.
Details of the role
- Location - Motherwell Delivery Unit, Newhut road
- Type - Temporary
- Start date - ASAP
- Duration - 3 months from start date
- Hours of work - 35 hours per week, 7.25 hours Mon-Thu and 6 hours on Friday (excluding lunch). Start times would be 8.30 - 4.15 Mon - Thurs (30 mins lunch) and 8.30-15.00 Friday (30 mins lunch).
- Hybrid - minimum of 3 days in the office (although initially 4 days may be better for getting set up with systems etc)
Qualifications
- Previous Administration experience
- Able to use in house systems
- Competent with Microsoft packages including excel

- Full right to work in the UK

- Able to pass a basic disclosure Scotland
- Able to commute to Motherwell
- Limited pre booked leave during 3 months of assignment
