Recruitment Administrator

Location: - hybrid, with in-office days for interview support.
Pay: Band 4 (Β£14.52 per hour).

If you're organised, calm under pressure, confident and competent user of IT and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is a fantastic short-term opportunity. Hiring for a reputed client, you'll help deliver medical interview days and provide strong administrative support to Programme teams-making a real difference to candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support interview days by managing the rotation of applicants through multiple online interviews
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders and handle queries to keep schedules on track
  • Resolve issues as they arise during the recruitment process
  • Carry out administrative tasks across different directorates outside interview days
  • Complete data entry and support stakeholder management for Trainee Resident Doctors and Dentists
  • Work primarily from home (26th October to 15th January), with full office attendance to deliver interviews (18th January to end of March 2027).
  • Attend interview dates where working time may extend (including travel to the office not your base, where flexi leave or overtime and travel expenses may apply)

What you'll bring:

  • Confident administrative support experience, with a strong eye for detail
  • Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts and manage changing priorities
  • Professional communication skills when liaising with stakeholders and resolving issues
  • Comfort working across online platforms and supporting virtual interview processes
  • Flexibility around working patterns to support interview-heavy periods

Additional information:

  • Hours: 7.5 per day / 37.5 per week, start/end times (9-5), interview days will require a slightly earlier start time for some specialties (08:30/08:45am).
  • On-the-job training will be provided
  • Interviews will take place via TEAMS, with the client if your succesfull
