Hours: Monday - Friday Full Time

This is a temporary position with the possibility of a further extension at the discretion of the business requirements.

About the Role:

The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

  • Collating and analysing fairly complex information or data
  • Inputting and updating information on the case management and internal systems
  • Reviewing and maintaining accurate case records to progress work in a timely manner
  • Completing daily time sensitive tasks
  • Progressing tasks and delegating as required, following correct procedures
  • Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources
  • Communicating professionally in writing and on the phone, as required
  • Providing general clerical support to assist the wider admin teams

Typical qualifications and experience:

  • Two GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent - English Language or equivalent and Mathematics.
  • A relevant apprenticeship qualification such as NVQ Business Administration Level 2
  • Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
  • Experience of prioritising tasks and displaying good time management skills
