Working pattern: full time, office based

If you're organised, confident with admin processes, and ready for a role where accuracy and professionalism really matter, our client is hiring for a reputed client in Manchester County Court. This is a full-time, office-based position (37 hours per week) with an asap start and the assignment is currently set to run until 31/03/2027, with the possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collating and analysing complex information or data, and submitting results in a written report
  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes to keep things running smoothly
  • Preparing routine correspondence and supporting clear communication with internal and external contacts
  • Acting as an administrative liaison with relevant sources
  • Assisting with budget preparation and control, if required
  • Providing administrative support by following set procedures, exercising some independent judgement, and working under general supervision
  • Clerking court duties as part of the administrative support function

What you'll bring:

  • Administrative experience with a good knowledge of, and experience in using, Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • The ability to handle complex information carefully and produce written outputs to a high standard
  • Professional presentation at all times (smartly dressed - no trainers, no jeans)
