Role Overview
The position involves:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
- Completing day-to-day repairs.
- Responding to emergency maintenance issues.
- Helping ensure the accommodation is safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents and staff.
House provides supported accommodation for up to 123 adult men experiencing homelessness and offers services designed to help residents rebuild independence and stability.
