We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our small registered service supporting two clients. This role focuses on providing high‑quality, person‑centred day‑to‑day support to help clients maintain their wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general day‑to‑day support within the service
- Maintaining a safe, tidy living environment
- Offering emotional support and reassurance
- Supporting clients to engage in activities within the service and the community
- Carrying out welfare checks and monitoring wellbeing
- Prompting and supporting with personal care routines and appointments
- Recording accurate daily notes, observations, and relevant documentation in line with CQC requirements
