You'll be the go-to person who keeps things organised, supports senior stakeholders and makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting senior leaders with diaries, meetings and travel
- Document Control
- Keeping the office running like clockwork
- Organising meetings, events and team activities
- Preparing professional documents and reports
- Managing invoices, expenses and project administration
- Maintaining client records and databases
- Acting as the go-to person for colleagues and visitors
- Getting involved wherever support is needed
What You'll Need
- BIM360 experience
- Strong construction administration experience
- Previous administration or office coordination experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence supporting senior stakeholders
- Great communication skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Someone who enjoys being busy and making things happen
