This organisation has a goal that is to give the young people in their care hope for the future, regardless of their complex needs. They achieve this through innovative person-led care tailored to empower each individual. While ensuring clinical requirements are fully met, they develop customised packages focused on enabling young people to achieve their developmental milestones, plan for adulthood, and set up future success.
We are recruiting for 2 Registered Managers within the Chester area to complete the Ofsted registration and set up the home ready to bring in the young people who truly need the right, children-centred care. You would have the opportunity to truly put your own stamp and passion into the home.
