What you will be doing:
- Being the go-to person for partners – answering questions, solving problems, and keeping them supported
- Handling onboarding from start to finish (systems, documents, set-up – all the good stuff)
- Coordinating across teams to make sure partners get fast, seamless support
- Helping with compliance, billing queries, and internal processes
- Keeping workflows tidy, improving processes, and making things easier for everyone
