We're looking for an experienced Facilities & Workplace Manager to take ownership of a prestigious London office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly for employees, visitors and senior stakeholders alike. What You'll Be Doing

  • Liaising with landlords and external service providers
  • Overseeing office facilities, workspace planning and office utilisation
  • Organising corporate events, hospitality and client functions
  • Managing office budgets, purchases and facilities expenditure
  • Coordinating administrative and support functions across the office
  • Ensuring health & safety, business continuity and workplace compliance standards are maintained

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Previous Facilities, Workplace, Property or Office Management experience
  • Experience managing premium corporate office environments
  • Strong supplier, contractor and landlord management experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Health & Safety compliance knowledge
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executives
  • A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • IOSH, NEBOSH or Facilities Management qualification
