Location: National (hybrid - minimum 2 days in the office)

Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00)

Pay rate: £14.81 per hour

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing diaries in a busy, pressured and complex environment
  • Building a strong, high-level understanding of the function/organisation to support efficient diary decisions
  • Reliably prioritising and organising work - even when change is constant
  • Handling a wide range of issues with diplomacy and discretion
  • Supporting the business with general ad hoc tasks as required
  • Communicating clearly and confidently (written and verbal)
  • Using Microsoft effectively to coordinate information and workflow
