Their mission is simple: keep people happy, hydrated, and fuelled throughout their day! Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a B2B Customer Service representative to join their team.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Working 5am - 2pm, Monday to Friday, starting and ending at your home (no need to head to the office first!)
- Visiting customer sites to clean, refill, and maintain coffee and vending machines
- Making sure everything looks great, works perfectly, and is stocked with fresh products
- Handling minor repairs and reporting any bigger issues
- Using an easy system to log your tasks and keep things running smoothly
- Collecting and recording cash from machines accurately
- Delivering friendly, professional service with a smile
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- A full, clean UK manual driving licence (you'll be driving a company van)
- B2B customer service experience
- Being comfortable working 5am - 2pm, Monday to Friday
- Ability to pass a DBS check (we'll help with this)
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
