We are recruiting an Export Sales Coordinator to join a busy Sales Administration team. This role focuses on export order processing, customer service, and export documentation, managing orders from receipt through to delivery for EU and non‑EU customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Export Administrator or Sales Order Processor looking for a stable hybrid role with clear responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage export sales orders from order receipt to delivery
- Provide a high level of customer service to international customers
- Liaise with Area Sales Managers, internal departments and customers
- Handle customer queries via telephone and email
- Prepare and issue export documentation including invoices, shipping notes, Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, HM Customs, and country‑specific requirements
- Manage stock availability, logistics and delivery information
- Maintain accurate records, data entry and diary management
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in export sales order processing or export administration
- Strong knowledge of export documentation (EU and non‑EU)
- Experience working in a customer service or sales support environment
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
