Salary: Β£16.80 per hour based on 165 hours per month + Β£65 per sleep

Hiring for a reputable client, we're looking for a Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a 2-bedded EBD home in Anfield - helping create stability, structure and meaningful progress in a nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing as the Deputy Manager:

  • Support the Registered Manager with the smooth operation of the home
  • Oversee the delivery of care and support within the home's day-to-day routines
  • Help lead and motivate a small team to deliver consistent, high-quality support
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive environment for young people
  • Help monitor care standards and support continuous improvement
  • Work closely with relevant people to ensure the young people's needs are understood and met
