Administrative Assistant

Liverpool (L2) | £24,000-£26,000

We're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Office Manager and help ensure the smooth running of a professional office environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the Executive Assistant
  • Managing inboxes, correspondence, and enquiries
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, and minute-taking
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Maintaining records, databases, and filing systems
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration
  • Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Supporting office projects and process improvements

What we're looking for:

  • Previous administration or office support experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
