Recruitment Administrator (AO)
Location: Leicester (Leicester Road, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8RB)

Our Client is hiring for a recruitment administrator, supporting Programme teams with day-to-day recruitment administration-helping candidates and stakeholders stay confident and informed throughout the process.
What you'll be doing
- Support interview days by coordinating the rotation of applicants across multiple online interviews
- Liaise with a range of stakeholders, answering queries and helping keep schedules on track
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise during the recruitment process
- Complete administration across different directorates when it isn't interview day activity
- Carry out data entry and support stakeholder management
- Attend interview dates as required, with working hours potentially extending during interview-heavy periods
What you'll bring
- Confident administrative support experience, with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional, clear communication skills when liaising and resolving issues
- Comfortable working across online platforms, supporting virtual interview processes
- Flexibility with working patterns-some weeks may be fully office based to support interviews, others fully remote
Additional information
- Hybrid working (flexible week-to-week: office and remote balance)
- 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
- Pay rate: Β£14.52 per hour
- Start: ASAP | Assignment length: until 31/03/27 (extension unlikely)
- 2-week initial training provided
