Brook Street Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Belfast city centre for a full time and permanent Legal Secretary. The role will involve a mix of litigation/commercial work with some residential conveyancing.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out a variety of secretarial and administrative duties
- Travel and diary management
- Prepare and draft a variety of legal documents
- Navigate land web and deal with post-completion registrations
- Organise, manage, and maintain case files for easy access and reference
- Maintain effective communication with clients, handling inquiries promptly
- Perform audio typing and transcribe dictations accurately and efficiently
- Handle correspondence and documentation with attention to detail
- Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional standards
- Document management
Qualifications
- Be an experienced Legal Secretary with a minimum 2 years+ experience
- Have excellent IT skills which should include all MS Office package
