Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of landscaping projects.
- Perform physical labour tasks including digging, planting, and mulching.
- Operate basic landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support the team in delivering exceptional landscaping services to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour outdoors.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Experience in landscaping or similar outdoor work is an advantage but not essential.
- Valid UK driving licence is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Full training provided to help you succeed in your role.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) supplied.
- Starting hourly rate of 13/hr.
- Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
- Potential for 10 hours of overtime at standard rate.
- Weekend overtime available at time and a half.
