Property Department Administrator (Temporary Contract)

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Property Administrator to join a busy property department, providing essential administrative support and delivering a professional, responsive service to customers.
This is a temporary role, full time. Potential for hybrid. Based in Ross-shire. There could be a requirement to be in the office, one day per week, so candidates applying should have transport or be happy to use public transport.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide effective administrative support to the department.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries across a range of communication channels, including telephone and email.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Assist with information gathering, reporting and preparation of relevant documentation.
- Support compliance activities and ensure processes are followed accurately.
- Liaise with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
About the candidate:
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional, approachable and responsive manner.
- Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Confident in using IT systems, emails and Microsoft Office.
