We are seeking a proactive and organised Internal Recruiter to join our client's team in the Penarth area for a 1 month temporary cover. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various internal positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including advertising vacancies, screening applications, conducting interviews etc.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organisation as an employer of choice through effective communication and a positive candidate experience.
