Brook Street Recruitment are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Service Helpdesk Administrator. If you have vast administrative experience and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum Shifts: Monday – Friday (Rotation) 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMLocation: Peterborough – Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day from home) Benefits: Private healthcare BUPA Holiday buy back scheme Employee discounts 23 days holidays plus Bank Hols Hybrid Working! No weekendsKey Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service and support to internal and external clients. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, escalating as necessary.
