We are on the lookout for an experienced, results-driven Head of Sales to lead our high-performing sales team within a fast-paced, high-volume car supermarket environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a large, multi-site sales team to consistently exceed volume and profit targets.
- Design and deliver a clear, results-focused sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor sales performance using key KPIs and real-time data to drive continuous improvement.
