Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a meaningful impact in your community? We\βre currently recruiting a Female Floating Support Worker to provide out-of-hours support to vulnerable individuals across Bristol, helping them live independently and with dignity.
π§‘ About the Role
As a Floating Support Worker, you\βll deliver essential emotional and practical support to clients in their own homes and hostels. You\βll play a key role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, helping them navigate daily challenges and build confidence.
π Key Responsibilities
- Provide tailored support to individuals in line with their personal care plans
- Assist with daily living tasks, promoting independence and wellbeing
- Create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
- Maintain accurate records and communicate progress effectively
- Travel between hostels and homes across Bristol (driving essential)

- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Previous experience in support work (preferred but not essential)
