🧑 About the Role

As a Floating Support Worker, you\’ll deliver essential emotional and practical support to clients in their own homes and hostels. You\’ll play a key role in empowering individuals with learning disabilities and other support needs, helping them navigate daily challenges and build confidence.

  • Provide tailored support to individuals in line with their personal care plans
