Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded wealth management firm in Belfast City Centre to recruit an experienced Financial Services Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual with a background in financial services administration, IFA support, wealth management, or investment administration to join a respected and growing organisation. Working closely with Financial Planners and experienced support professionals, you will play a key role in delivering a first-class service to clients while supporting the smooth operation of the business.

The Role

As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the wealth management team, ensuring all client-related processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Planners and the wider wealth management team.
  • Supporting new business processing and client onboarding activities.
  • Preparing, processing, and submitting client applications.
  • Maintaining accurate client records across CRM systems and internal databases.
  • Processing transactions and instructions relating to investments, ISAs, pensions, and other financial products.
  • Liaising effectively with clients, providers, and third-party organisations.
  • Tracking and progressing outstanding documentation and applications.
  • Preparing documentation and reports for client review meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and FCA regulatory requirements.
  • Assisting with process improvement initiatives and learning new systems as required.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants should have previous experience within a financial services environment, ideally supporting Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), Wealth Managers, or Financial Planners.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience in Financial Services Administration, Wealth Management, Investment Administration, or IFA support.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Confident using CRM systems and processing detailed financial information.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively within a team.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • A genuine interest in advancing a career within the wealth management sector.
