Brook Street are working with a dynamic commercial finance brokerage seeking experienced Commercial Finance Brokers to join their growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your career through their Sales Manager Fast-Track Programme, including in-house training and the chance to complete an LIBF Diploma in Asset Finance. Successful candidates will follow an 18-month progression pathway towards a Sales Manager role with team leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales enquiries and convert them into successful finance deals.
- Conduct proactive outbound sales to build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Guide clients through the sales process with a customer-centric approach, including objection handling and identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and credit applications, liaising with clients to collect necessary financial documentation.
- Work closely with a panel of lenders to secure finance solutions for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed sales targets.
