Are you an experienced Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact within healthcare?

Our client, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their managed service contract at Epsom Hospital.

This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring critical medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, supporting clinical teams, managing suppliers, delivering service KPIs and leading a small onsite team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service
  • Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators
  • Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability
  • Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates and stock takes
  • Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular review meetings
  • Identify cost savings and support supplier negotiations
  • Ensure contract KPIs are achieved and service standards are maintained
  • Build strong relationships with hospital departments and stakeholders
  • Train and support users of inhouse systems
  • Produce reports and manage service performance

About You:

  • Experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain or Contract Management
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing suppliers and service performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous team leadership experience
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Healthcare, medical devices, NHS or managed service experience would be advantageous
