Service Delivery Manager Epsom Hospital (SWLEOC) £Full Time Are you an experienced Service Delivery, Operations, Supply Chain or Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact within healthcare? Our client, is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of their managed service contract at Epsom Hospital. This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring critical medical supplies and equipment are available when needed, supporting clinical teams, managing suppliers, delivering service KPIs and leading a small onsite team. Manage the day-to-day delivery of the onsite managed service Lead and support the On-Site Coordinators Oversee stock control, inventory management and product availability Monitor stock rotation, expiry dates and stock takes Identify cost savings and support supplier negotiations Ensure contract KPIs are achieved and service standards are maintained Train and support users of inhouse systems Produce reports and manage service performance Experience in Service Delivery, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain or Contract Management Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience managing suppliers and service performance Healthcare, medical devices, NHS or managed service experience would be advantageous Opportunity to work within a healthcare environment where your contribution has a direct impact on patient services ✅ Varied role combining operations, supplier management, procurement and team leadership ✅ Career development opportunities within a growing organisation If you're a proactive and organised operations professional who enjoys managing relationships, driving service excellence and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.
