What you will be doing:
- Creating the monthly schedule for engineers across London and the South East, aligned to contract frequency
- Proactively scheduling both planned PPM visits and reactive appointments, with attention to technician patches and route/access efficiency
- Monitoring visit completion throughout the month and spotting any drop-offs early
- Scheduling larger ad-hoc works and keeping the management team updated on any service delivery concerns
- Providing high-quality, personalised customer service by phone and email while managing expectations
- Supporting continuous improvement by feeding back sites of concern and helping build action plans
- Sending quotations for chargeable visits and treatments
- Handling complaints promptly: flagging issues immediately, while taking ownership to resolve quickly where possible
What you will bring:
- 2 years' experience in scheduling/coordination (or a similar role)
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Calm, professional confidence with both clients and engineers - especially under pressure
- Strong ability to multitask, work on your own initiative, and adapt quickly when priorities shift
