Location: Chester County Court, Trident House, Little St John Street, Chester, CH1 1SN

Pay rate: £13.25 per hour

Training is provided (no holiday in the first few weeks). No travel to other locations is required for training.

Assignment runs until 31/08/2027 with potential extension (to be confirmed).

Standard/Enhanced clearance level: ENHANCED DBS (Costs covered by the hiring process).

This is a full-time, office-based position where your admin accuracy and customer focus genuinely matter.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support general administrative duties across the court, including email communications, data input, and computer-based tasks.
  • Provide customer-facing support through telephone contact.
  • Assist with in-court clerking as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure information is processed efficiently.
  • Work a full-time 9:00-17:00 office-based pattern (Monday to Friday).
