We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing operation in Paddock Wood area.
This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in producing high-quality products. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality, and work well as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
Shift Pattern

Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture high-quality products
- Support production processes including mixing, coating, printing and embossing
- Load and set print and embossing cylinders
- Clean machinery between production runs
- Carry out quality inspections on finished products
- Pack products ready for dispatch
- Minimise waste and maximise production efficiency
- Follow health, safety and environmental procedures
- Maintain housekeeping standards across the production area
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and customer deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Good colour vision
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Safety-conscious approach to work
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- GCSE English and Maths
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
