Sales Support Executive Location: Edenbridge Salary: up to £30,000 per annum If you enjoy being the calm, reliable point of contact for customers-and you like turning enquiries into confident next steps-this could be your role. What you will be doing as a Sales Support Executive: * Act as the customer's internal point of contact, making sure requirements are met and orders are handled efficiently * Handle incoming orders-process them and acknowledge them promptly * Support pricing by organising information through the estimating team * Liaise with planning to align production and delivery dates * Issue critical path dates and communicate any changes to customers clearly and quickly * Manage new projects and repeat orders from start to finish, keeping progress on track * Support External Sales and Account Managers with internal administration * Work closely with the QA team to address customer issues and keep customers updated during investigations * Issue stock and order reports to customers What you will bring: * A genuinely customer-focused approach, with confidence communicating with people at all levels * Strong telephone manner and a professional, friendly presence * Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise your workload * Comfort working to tight deadlines and making decisions when it's busy * Self-motivation, positivity, and plenty of drive * Flexibility to meet customer demands across the working day * Confidence using Microsoft and MIS systems, with an eagerness to learn and improve Additional information: * Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced industry Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
