What you'll do:
- Pick & pack equipment and spare part orders
- Book in service repairs and log on ERP system
- Pack and dispatch repaired equipment
- Receive, unpack and check courier deliveries
- Greet customers and complete handovers
- Arrange courier collections
- Keep service garage & reception tidy and organised
- Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies
- Support stores, service & production teams when needed
About you:
- Experience in goods-in/despatch
- Customer service experience
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Comfortable using IT systems
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Able to prioritise and work independently
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Driving licence required
- FLT Counterbalance licence (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
