Brook Street in partnership with the Ministry of Justice offers a fantastic opportunity to join their team as an Admin Officer. This role provides valuable exposure and experience working within the Public Sector.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Customer service via telephone
- Face‑to‑face interaction with the public
- Progress cases through the Court/Tribunal system and provide support to other functions in HMCTS
- Problem solving – refer to problem‑solving hubs and guidelines
- Inputting data onto the system
- Preparing papers
- Creating and updating records
- Email correspondence
- General administration duties
Clearance Level: Basic DBS Training will be provided. During training there is no annual leave. Associates will shadow other court ushers and complete e‑learning modules.
Additional Clearance: Period of six months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last five years will require an additional overseas police check, which is the responsibility of the candidate.
