You’ll work closely with recruiters, candidates and clients, ensuring information is accurate, processes are followed and candidates receive a first-class experience from application through to placement and beyond. You’ll become a trusted central point of support, helping the team manage recruitment activity across multiple contracts while producing valuable insights and maintaining high standards of compliance and governance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing candidate applications and supporting the recruitment process from enquiry through to placement.
  • Completing weekly check-ins with clinical placements to ensure they have the support and resources they need.
  • Providing management information and reporting on key metrics including fill rates, withdrawals and recruitment activity.
  • Supporting clinical governance processes and ensuring recruitment teams are aware of clinical updates and changes.
  • Maintaining central candidate pipelines, trackers and recruitment databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Recording and updating interview and TIV outcomes, ensuring all data is captured and shared with relevant stakeholders.
  • Completing supply chain checks and validating candidate information across recruitment systems.
  • Reviewing vacancies daily across multiple contracts, publishing new opportunities and removing expired adverts.
  • Producing forward interview forecasts and supporting recruitment planning activities.
  • Taking a safety-net approach by quality checking candidate activity and recruitment processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Providing ongoing candidate care from offer stage through to start date and up to six months into placement.
  • Collating, analysing and presenting recruitment data to support decision making and client reporting.
  • Supporting the wider business strategy as we continue to grow our presence within the temporary recruitment market.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous Clinical experience is required to complete this role.
  • Strong administration or coordination experience is equally valued.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong data entry and reporting skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • The ability to work to deadlines and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative and solve problems.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, supporting changing business and team requirements.
  • The resilience to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
