Clerical Officer - Student Finance
Location: Belfast
Monday to Friday - Fully office based

This is a Monday-Friday, full-time, office-based role where your attention to detail and confident communication will make a real difference.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintain and update both physical and digital files with accuracy and care
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, following agreed procedures
- Carry out general office support, including operating standard IT and office equipment (e.g., photocopier and printer)
- Book facilities and provide day-to-day administrative coordination
- Collect, record, and process information/data to support operational needs
- Write and process orders, ensuring details are correct
- Compile statistics and maintain clear records
- Provide customer service through telephone and face-to-face interaction
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrable administrative/clerical experience in an office environment
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage information efficiently (paper and digital)
- Comfortable handling routine office tasks and working with IT and equipment
- Confident communication for telephone and customer-facing support
- A reliable, professional approach to maintaining accurate processes and records
Additional information:
- No phone work and no parking on site
- Teams' interviews (office based role)
