Looking for your next leadership opportunity in social care?

I'm supporting an amazing organisation who support adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible.

I need a Service Manager to lead a team of 25 people, in a friendly residential home. Located just 10 minutes from the beach, this is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

You’ll be supported by an amazing forward looking organisation, who are investing in the Bournemouth teams. I found the leadership team inspirational (and dead funny), the key message is they want develop people not just within their current role but their future ones.

The people supported here love to lead active lives, enjoying community activities, coastal walks, cafés, shopping trips and pursuing their personal interests. If you enjoy spinning, yes - all 3 types, (bike, wool and dancing) you’ll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the service.

  • Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred support.

  • Develop, coach and upskill the existing staff team.
