Pay: £12.86 per hour, increasing to £13.25 after 12 weeks

What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare papers, files and documents for hearings, meetings and day-to-day court activity
- Update and maintain records on an in-house computer system, carrying out accurate data input
- Support post opening and dispatch, photocopying, filing, and organising meeting rooms and materials
- Provide excellent front-of-house support by handling enquiries face‑to‑face, by phone and in writing
- Assist with listing, rota support and checking files to ensure everything is up to date
- Contact relevant parties, schedule and serve court documents, and carry out appropriate administrative follow‑ups
- Support processing of casework using standard documentation (including claims, fines and fees, and court orders)
- Check and verify documents, records and returns against set criteria and procedures
- Contribute to team activities such as supporting TIB (Team Information Board) meetings and problem‑solving in line with processes
- Produce basic statistical analysis and support straightforward financial/admin tasks where required
- Work flexibly across tasks within the AO band, including ad hoc duties as requested by line management
