Brook Street are working in partnership with HMPPS North East Regional Office in their search an Administrator to join their busy team.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
12.21 per hour

The assignment is initially for 3 months – however will be a rolling contract which will most likely be extended.
Job description
The job holder will be required to carry out the following responsibilities, activities and duties:
- Email Management: Responding promptly and professionally to procurement-related emails and inquiries.
- Order Processing: Raising purchase orders for goods and services in accordance with company procedures.
- Invoice Management: Handling the receipting and payment of invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Reporting: Preparing detailed procurement reports to support decision-making and maintain transparency.
