The Role
You will be providing high-quality support to customers while managing insurance administration and assisting with claims from notification through to settlement.
As processes become increasingly automated, you'll have the opportunity to focus on more valuable work such as investigations, decision-making, problem-solving and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email and other communication channels in both Spanish and English.
- Handle customer enquiries, correspondence and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer and insurance records.
- Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, brokers and suppliers.
- Manage claims through investigation, assessment and resolution, keeping customers informed throughout.
- Gather and analyse information to support fair and accurate claims decisions.
- Liaise with insurers, suppliers and external partners to progress claims.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain service standards and business continuity.
About You
- Native-level Spanish and English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident handling customer queries, complaints and challenging conversations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptable, proactive and eager to learn.
