We are supporting a large, well-established organisation in the search for a People & HR Administrator to join their HR function on a temporary basis. This role will provide essential administrative support across a range of employee relations activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee relations case records within the HR system
- Monitor case progress and ensure key deadlines are met for investigations, hearings, and appeals
- Schedule employee relations meetings, hearings, and appeal panels, coordinating availability across multiple stakeholders
- Organise meeting logistics, including rooms, virtual meeting links, and documentation
- Attend employee relations meetings (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, capability) and take clear, impartial notes
- Prepare and circulate meeting notes in a timely and confidential manner
- Draft standard correspondence using approved templates and ensure documents are kept up to date
- Handle sensitive employee information in line with GDPR and data protection requirements
- Support audits and quality checks of employee relations documentation
- Assist with drafting contracts and terms and conditions letters
- Provide general People & HR administrative support as required
About You
- Previous experience in an HR or Employee Relations administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider HR team
