Our education client has an exciting opportunity for a PA/Administrative Assistant to join their team, providing vital support to senior management and leadership. In this varied and rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality, confidential PA and executive support, ensuring the smooth running of the office and its priorities.
You will take ownership of a wide range of administrative tasks, helping to meet operational needs and deliver excellent service to colleagues and external partners. You will be responsible for managing diaries, minute-taking, handling correspondence, organising meetings and maintaining efficient systems. Additionally, you will be expected to build strong professional relationships, support committees, and handle confidential information.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience as a PA or in a similar role within a complex organisation. You will be highly IT-literate, confident in using MS Office and Outlook, and experienced in setting up and improving administrative systems. Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
With strong organisational and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a busy workload, you will be proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. This fully onsite role (CF10) is offered on a temporary, part-time basis, requiring 14 hours per week over two days, one of which must be a Thursday. The rate of pay is £13.27 per hour.
