Our client requires a Performance Administrative Assistant (21 hours per week for 6 weeks to start early April) to support performance-related activities. This is an exciting role, particularly for someone with a musical interest.
Schedule
Flexibility is essential, to include some evenings and weekends hours. You will not exceed 21 hours per week. You must be available to work on the following dates and be able to get to a variety of venues local to Cardiff:
- Friday 17th April (Afternoon + Evening)
- Tuesday 21st April (Afternoon + Evening)
- Friday 24th April (Afternoon + Evening)
- Tuesday 28th April (Afternoon + Evening)
- Friday 1st May (Afternoon + Evening)
- Saturday 2nd May (All day)
- Tuesday 5th May (Afternoon + Evening)
- Friday 8th May (Afternoon + Evening)
- Saturday 9th May (All day)
- Friday 22nd May (All day)
- Saturday 23rd May (All day)
Responsibilities
You will undertake a range of administrative duties to support performance activities and assist with the organisation and delivery of events, concerts and workshops. You may collate and print music parts for events, design promotional materials, provide basic support with sound, lighting and stage management. This is a varied role and musical knowledge may be used on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling complex or escalated queries and resolving issues, along with an ability to plan, prioritise and manage workloads effectively. Working as part of a team you will ensure an efficient and high-quality service.
Qualifications
You will have experience of event management, working in an administrative or office environment and ideally have some musical knowledge too.
Pay
This role will pay: £13.84 per hour.
